Threw my back out

Well, it would be great to say that I threw my back out doing something fun, but instead, I must report that I was moving things in the basement and picked up something too heavy for me and whammo.

Scott's promised me an exercise bike if I get the basement in shape. I've worked the last two days on it. It looks way better and I have a bunch of empty boxes and a lot of things for Goodwill.
