Posted February 3rd, 2008 by carinaSteve fixed the radio. I had to buy a fuse on a wire and wire to pull through the instrument panel, but it is finally done and taken care of. Thanks Steve!

Remember that wire I was talking about?
Posted February 1st, 2008 by carinaSo, I dunno. This is making me nervous.
The wire that I touched with another wire. Well. There were two power wires coming from the car for power. There were two wires coming from the stereo for power. I tried each with each. They were both supposed to be power wires. So, I got genius and I decided to connect the two power wires from the stereo to the one power wire from the car.
And it worked.
Should I be concerned that I connected two power wires to one? Suddenly I am.

Posted February 1st, 2008 by carinaWell, I tried combining two wires I hadn't tried before, and the thing turned on.
I'll screw everything back together tomorrow.

Well, maybe it would have been worth the $100 for the install
Posted February 1st, 2008 by carinaI wish I would have called someone to help me with this damn cd player. Now, I have the entire front dash of my Civic disassembled and the kids are getting anxious (no school) and are trying to walk Ezra (one of our cats).
