Sleep Study

Tyler's sleep study was uneventful. It was hard for her to fall asleep with all of those wires, but she made it and slept through the night.

The nap study was annoying, because it was like taking the nap study for me all over again. I had to stay in the room with the lights out, and that makes me feel like sleeping!

We're both pretty tired today, but, glad it's over.

I wonder what the results will be.

Sleep Schedule

I think one of the reasons my sleep schedule is out of whack this week is the time change. I didn't think of it until I was driving Scott's dad to the airport and he suggested it.

So. Not Sleeping

Not getting any sleep last night is really starting to get to me.

My mind was racing all night with the conversation starter idea, and the idea I had about making a portable office that I could store in the basement and then bring up only when I am using it. (I have taken over the kitchen nook with my papers, art supplies, blank CDs and folders.)

I was up until two, not tired at all, even though my meds *should* have made me tired. Then I flopped around in bed not sleeping until 5, when I gave up and came down to the nook to look at possible options online for both my conversation starter and the portable office.

I was going to go to Target alone when they opened at 8am, but saw that Tayler was waking up at the same time, so I invited her to go. We left Scott peacefully asleep and went hunting for my office-to-go supplies.

A random moment: Someone called me sir today while we were out.

We got much accomplished, especially after I dropped Tayler off and went to lunch with Kelly and Amie. I twisted their arms to take a short trip to the Container Store.

This morning I was pleasantly slap happy. This afternoon, I was tired but still having fun with Amie and Kelly at our lunch and a movie date, then with the crazy Barnes and Nobles parking lot antics. (I'll tell you later.)

Now, I am completely exhausted. I feel barely able to move.
